Thank you Jim Deaton for the following information:

If you read the Time Business article below about pot growing warehouses
that I recently posted, you can compare the proposed 40,000 sq. ft.
warehouses and come up with 6000 gal. of water being filtered daily in
the growing operation of pot plants. There is enough issues with water
leaving the site with asphalt, sidewalks and roof areas that will create
problems with Jenkins creek. I hope the engineering of the detention
system is adequate for this. The ground water coming into this site from
the surrounding area in the rainy season has never had any kind history
recorded according to King Co. permit review.
Before the building is built, construction will create issues. They are
noise, pollution, traffic and erosion control. Trucking will be a big
issue. Alone there will be roughly 5000 trips in and out of a narrow
road that will be very dangerous for the neighborhood. This includes
trash trucks, truck and trailers, side dumps, belly dumps, concrete
trucks, pump trucks, crane and excavation equipment. Also, delivery of
all the products that go into building the building and exterior of the
building. The last third of the project will have about 50 workers at
times in the finish cycle. Also the owner will be setting up plant
equipment. Traffic control and repairing the road are a given. I can't
imagine any community would want this.
